对于自己创作和演绎的这首The Last Goodbye，Billy表示，在看了电影之后，他开始写下一些感受与创作想法，在这过程中，很多想法将他们带入了死胡同，但他们很快发现这不只是一首歌，“五军之战”的结束应该是一首向中土世界的告别之歌。
