《Superman(It’sNotEasy)》是FiveForFighting的歌曲。
FiveForFighting：1997年，JohnOndrasik以“FiveForFighting”这个名字在Capitol公司发行了他的首张个人专辑《MessageforAlbert》。三年之后，FiveForFighting的第二张专辑《AmericaTown》通过Columbia正式发行。
在这张专辑中，JohnOndrasik的歌曲不仅一如既往的歌颂爱与生命，而且开始逐渐偏向政治，而Ondrasik的创作才华开始得到越来越多歌迷的认可。随着专辑中动人的钢琴情歌《Superman(It'sNotEasy)》，《AmericaTown》的销量很快也突破了白金。
在“911”事件之后，JohnOndrasik在当年冬天举办的纪念演唱会中演唱了这首《Superman(It'sNotEasy)》，使得这首歌曲更加的深入人心。2004年2月，FiveForFighting发行了第三张专辑《TheBattleforEverything》。
这张专辑是FiveForFighting最有野心，也是歌词最为大胆的一张专辑。2006年8月，FiveForFighting第四张录音室专辑《TwoLights》出炉。本张专辑发行首周以5万2千张的单周销量名列Billboard200专辑榜第八位，成为FiveForFighting迄今为止首周销量最高，打榜成绩最好的专辑。
FiveForFighting被美国创作型歌手JohnOndrasik用作艺名，实际上，FiveForFighting这个词原来是冰球比赛中的一项规则，指被裁判罚下场5分钟等待重新上场的队员。JohnOndrasik出生并成长于洛杉矶的SanFernandoValley地区，母亲是一位钢琴教师。从两岁开始，JohnOndrasik就开始跟随母亲学习音乐。
在13岁那年，已经精通钢琴演奏的JohnOndrasik开始自学了吉他。之后，JohnOndrasik开始尝试自己作曲。
兴趣广泛的JohnOndrasik甚至还专门学习过唱歌剧，但过了不久，他就发现歌剧并不是他真正喜欢的，最吸引他的还是比利·乔（BillyJoel），旅行乐队（Journey），埃尔顿·约翰（EltonJohn），史蒂夫·旺德（StevieWonder）和Earth，Wind&Fire乐队的音乐。
